Information we handle
Depending on the features you use, this may include account and profile information, professional identity and private licensing credentials, authentication and preference data, AI conversations, private clinical uploads, implant cases and images, Network posts and media, saved continuing-education activities and records, My Day organizer information, support communications, and usage analytics where they are actually collected.
How information is used
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve DentiGlobe; personalize account-based features; respond to support requests; investigate misuse; and meet applicable legal obligations.
Clinical information and professional responsibility
DentiGlobe is intended for dental professionals. Do not upload identifiable patient information unless you have determined that doing so is necessary, permitted, and supported by a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. You remain responsible for your professional, confidentiality, and privacy obligations.
Service providers and AI-supported features
DentiGlobe uses cloud infrastructure and service providers to operate its features. When you use an AI-supported tool, relevant inputs may be processed by providers that support that feature. We will keep provider information under review as the production configuration develops; this policy does not identify a provider or processing location that has not been confirmed.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain appropriate security. Retention periods may differ by feature and account status.
Sharing and access
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers acting on our behalf, where you choose to share it through a DentiGlobe feature, to protect rights and safety, or where required by law.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or information about your account data, subject to applicable law and operational requirements. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you are located. We will use safeguards appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.

DentiGlobe is a professional product and is not directed to children or minors.
