These Terms govern use of DentiGlobe’s professional clinical tools and resources.
Professional use
DentiGlobe is intended for qualified dental professionals and others authorized to use it in a professional context. You are responsible for your account activity and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, professional standards, and workplace policies.
Clinical responsibility and AI limitations
DentiGlobe provides tools, references, calculations, and AI-supported features to assist—not replace—professional judgment. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular patient or situation. Implant-related outputs may be uncertain or abstain. You must independently assess all information, use appropriate clinical evidence and judgment, and make the final clinical decision.
Content and acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing material, or use DentiGlobe to harm others. Do not upload identifiable patient information unless you have determined that it is necessary, permitted, and supported by an appropriate lawful basis and safeguards.
Network and user content
You are responsible for material you post or upload. You grant DentiGlobe the limited operating rights needed to host, process, display, and provide that material through the selected feature. We may moderate, remove, restrict, or report content where reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect users, or comply with law.
Continuing education and third parties
Continuing-education listings, provider information, references, and third-party materials are provided for convenience where available. You are responsible for verifying course approval, provider recognition, availability, price, eligibility, and any professional requirements directly with the relevant provider or authority.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including third-party integrations, as DentiGlobe develops. We may also update these Terms and will post the revised effective date here.
Intellectual property
DentiGlobe and its service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DentiGlobe is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Account restriction or termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, rights, or legal compliance. You may stop using DentiGlobe at any time.
